Our team of coaches is composed of passionate and dedicated individuals who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of chess. Each coach brings their own unique skills and expertise to the academy, ensuring that our students receive well-rounded and comprehensive training. Without further ado, let’s meet some of our amazing coaches and learn about their background and contributions to the success of Dhaka Chess Academy.
First up, we have Coach Kamal Ahmad, a professional chess player with an impressive international ranking. With over 15 years of experience in coaching, Coach Kamal has trained numerous students who have gone on to become national and international champions. His focus on strategy and calculation skills has proven to be instrumental in honing the skills of our students.
Next, we have Coach Sabina Rahman, a former international women’s chess champion who has been an integral part of Dhaka Chess Academy for over a decade. Her expertise in openings and endgames, combined with her ability to identify and work on the weaknesses of each student, has helped our students reach new heights in their chess journey.
Another valuable member of our coaching team is Coach Hasanul Huq, a FIDE-certified coach with a deep understanding of the game and its various elements. With innovative training methods and a keen eye for detail, Coach Hasanul has helped our students develop strategic thinking and improve their overall decision-making abilities on the chessboard.
Last but certainly not least, we have Coach Tahmina Akter, a former national champion who is known for her patient teaching approach and ability to connect with her students. With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Tahmina has inspired and guided many students towards success, both on and off the chessboard.
